MondoWindow includes tons of Flickr imagery shared under the Creative Commons commercial license. But we also want to give photographers who have reserved more rights a chance to share their imagery with people flying overhead. Here's how:

Give MondoWindow permission to use your geotagged images in Flickr using the form below.
Apply the tag "mondowindow:use=yes" to any images you want to share (detailed instructions).

And that's it! Easy! You remain in control at all times: if you change your mind, just remove or alter the tag.

We take copyright very seriously at MondoWindow; one of our founders is himself a Flickr user (warning: baby pictures) and author.

When we do use them, your images will be presented only in screen resolution, and will always be attributed and linked to your Flickr account.

They will appear only on our site and we will never use them for any other purpose without getting in touch with you first.

I ("Licensor") hereby grant Window Seat LLC ("Company") the following: Company is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to display images ("Materials") from Licensor's Flickr account or accounts that have been tagged with the machine tag "mondowindow:use=yes". Company has the authority to completely and accurately encode, store and transmit the Materials electronically via any portal currently controlled by Window Seat LLC ("Service"). Company is authorized to copy to the Service servers such copies of the Materials as are reasonably necessary for the purpose of facilitating the efficient transmission of the Materials from initiation through to the End User of the Service ("User") as provided herein. Licensor shall secure permission, and will pay all amounts due, for any third party content or rights not owned and controlled by Licensor necessary for Company to perform the activities specified or contemplated herein with respect to the Materials, and Company will hold Licensor responsible for claims alleging Company use of the Materials infringes a third party right. Except for the limited license set forth herein, Licensor expressly reserves all other rights in and to the Materials. The term of this license shall commence upon execution by the parties and will remain effective, unless terminated by Licensor by removing the tag "mondowindow:use=yes" from images in Licensor's Flickr account or accounts.
